There is no minimum order. Please email all orders to canvas@canvasnursery@gmail.com

payment terms

All orders are shipped prepaid via credit card, check, or wire transfer. Payments are processed at the time of shipment.

backorders

Backordered items will ship as they become available. In-stock items will ship immediately; we do not hold orders for completion.

order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, email us ASAP before it ships.

shipping & delivery

Orders ship via common carrier or ground carton carrier. Any additional charges incurred for the following will be the responsibility of the buyer.

• Residential deliveries
• Inside deliveries
• Liftgate charges
• Other accessorial fees

Price list requests: Please call or email us to request a current price list.
Verify Pricing: Ensure your price list is up to date before placing an order.

Claims Procedures

1. Inspection: Inspect the shipments before signing the freight bill.
2. Note any damage- If there is visible damage, it must be noted on the freight bill.
3. Photos needed: Take clear photos of any damage to the packaging and products.
4. Signatures required- Both the driver and the consignee must sign the freight bill where the damage is noted.
5. Liability- (Or maybe RESPONSIBILITY?) If the damage is not noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery, Canvas Nursery will not be responsible.
6. Keep copies of all documents.

For Concealed Damage (After Delivery)

Keep all packaging and cartons- do not discard anything.

Take photos- include packaging and damaged products

Report within 5 days- Call or email with pictures to initiate a claim.
